ATV SAFETY CONSULTING

All-Terrain Vehicle Safety Consulting (ATVSC) was formed in 2002 to serve as a quality resource for ATV operator training, safety, and expert analysis of ATV related accidents. Since 2002 ATVSC has broadened expertise to address other off-highway vehicle (OHV) types that include Recreational Off-Highway Vehicles (ROVs), Utility Off-Highway Vehicles (UTVs), off-highway motorcycles (OHMs or dirt bikes), snowmobiles and full-size 4X4s. ATVSC has experts specifically qualified for each of these individual vehicle types.

ATVSC provides expert analysis of off-highway vehicle (OHV) accidents for Attorneys nationwide. ATVSC experts have over thirty-five years of experience in OHV operator education and safety guidelines. Over two-hundred OHV accidents have been reviewed by ATVSC, many resulting in court testimony.

OHVs handle differently from highway vehicles such as cars and trucks. The safe operation of OHVs not only require specific operational techniques, but also an elevated mental awareness of all risk factors. Vehicle and terrain interaction play a large role in safe OHV operation. All these facets are critical elements in evaluating OHV related accidents. Consequently, OHV accidents require much greater expertise than typical automobile accident reconstructions can provide. ATVSC experts have extensive knowledge of major OHV manufacturer recommended safety practices and training curriculum. As a result, ATVSC experts can provide the specific expert analysis mandatory in adequately evaluating any OHV related accident or litigation.
